Pier to Market – Terms of Use

Effective date: October 1, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the mobile game Pier to Market: Idle Fishing ("the Game"), developed by Sıtkı Can ERZURUM ("SceApps", "we"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies; if these Terms conflict with it, Apple's agreement prevails for iOS users.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial use.

2. Virtual items

The Game contains virtual currencies (coins, gems) and virtual items. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot be transferred or sold outside the Game. You receive a limited license to use them in the Game, not ownership.

3. In-app purchases

  • Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Refund requests must be made through the store you purchased from.
  • Gem packs and coin packs are consumable and are used up in the Game.
  • Plus Membership is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It can be restored on the same store account with "Restore purchases".
  • Game progress is stored on your device and, when cloud save is available, in your own iCloud or Google Play Games account. If you delete the Game or lose your device without a cloud copy, consumable items and progress may be lost. We cannot restore them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to modify, hack, reverse engineer or cheat in the Game, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Changes to the Game

We may update, change or discontinue features of the Game at any time, including balancing, content and prices.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The new version applies from the effective date shown above.

Data Deletion

  Pier to Market – Data Deletion Instructions Effective date: October 1, 2026 Pier to Market: Idle Fishing does not use Facebook Login and does not create any account. We do not run our own servers, so we do not store your name, email or any personal profile that could be deleted on our side. The Game uses the Meta (Facebook) SDK only to measure our own ads (standard app events such as installation, tutorial completion and purchases). To remove data related to the Game: Delete the Game from your device. This removes all local progress and stops all data collection. Remove cloud saves in your iCloud settings (iOS) or Google Play Games settings (Android). Reset or delete your advertising identifier: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
